All photos are HDR photos, delivered fully edited in high resolution suitable for print, as well as duplicates that are sized for the MLS.  Turnaround time for most services is 24-48 hrs.

Interior and Exterior HD Photos and 2D Floor Plan. We offer interior and exterior photography designed to showcase your property’s full potential. We capture every room and multiple vantage points to tell a complete visually appealing story of the home.

Virtual Walkthrough/Matterport

 

Everything in Essentials and plus the addition of a full property digital walkthrough.

FAQ

What usage rights do I get with my images and video?

You get a perpetual license to use the photos and video across all your marketing channels for the listing it was created for.

 

Are the travel expenses included in your packages?

Travel is included up to 20 miles. We cover most all of San Diego. If travel is a concern it will be discussed before booking.

 

How long will a shoot take?

 

There are several factors that affect the time but typically 1 hour.

 

What if the weather is bad on the day of an outdoor shoot?

If the weather for outside shoots is undesirable it will be rescheduled at your earliest convenience with no cost to you.
